Arts Centre Melbourne presents the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra’s

Jam with the MSO

February 12, 2012

Bookings are no longer available

Guitars, chopsticks, saucepans, violins, recorders, hands and feet, containers filled with rice and xylophones at the ready – let’s make some music! Jam with the MSO is a popular family music workshop held at Arts Centre Melbourne.

Together with members of the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, kids and their families will create an original piece of music using different instruments.

We’ll have some instruments available on the day, but it would be great if you could bring one of your own such as:
guitar, ukulele, flute, trombone, maracas, recorder, whistles, toy xylophone, tambourine, bells, chimes, triangle, mini keyboard or toy piano, plastic containers filled with rice/dried beans, empty ice-cream containers, cling wrap tubes, bottles filled with water, the list goes on…!
