Milonga at The Famous Spiegeltent is the event Melbourne tango enthusiasts have been waiting for.
The evening will start with a basics class by renowned tango instructor Christian Drogo and will feature one of Australia’s premiere tango bands, El Boliche de Simon.
Led by Simon Palomares, he is best known for his extensive comedic career which takes him regularly to Argentina where he indulges his passion for tango.
The band also features Faye Bendrups on piano (Circus Oz), Guillermo Anad on viola (original member of Argentine tango band La Chiclana) and Dave Evans (The Band that Knew Too Much, among others) on piano accordion.
